Shipping rates are calculated by weight during checkout. All orders will be shipped Expedited via Canada Post, within 3-5 business days. Should there be a delay in your order, we will let you know. 


Yes! We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post. Shipping rates will be calculated once your order is placed and a separated shipping invoice will be sent to you. Please be advised that all duties and taxes applied at customs are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the high risk of lost or delayed international packages, we track all international shipments.

What if my package doesn't arrive?                                      
If your order does not arrive within 14 days (Canada) / 30 days (International), please contact Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.



Please keep in mind that all of our products are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me at and we can discuss the issue and work something out. 

Please note that if a return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including duties and/or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Gift cards and sale/promotional items are final sale.

Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from receipt of goods.

In Store Refund/Exchange Policy

Exchange only within 15 days of purchase. Product must be unused and in original condition and packaging. All self care and body products are final sale. rt
